AY Consulting dba Sunny Launch, provides technology-enabled coordination and productivity services, as well as growth consulting and advisory services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and underlying technology — are owned by AY Consulting and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Scheduling suggestions and coordination recommendations are provided as aids and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for logistics decisions, particularly those involving the safety and welfare of children.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AY CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AY Consulting, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
